By accessing or using Minely ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Minely is a Bitcoin mining monitoring and analytics dashboard that allows users to connect their mining pool accounts and view real-time data about their mining operations, including worker status, hashrate, earnings, and profitability metrics. Minely does not provide financial, investment, or mining advice. All data displayed is for informational purposes only.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

The Service interacts with third-party mining pool APIs on your behalf. You must comply with the terms of service of any mining pools you connect. We enforce reasonable rate limits to protect Service stability. Excessive API usage may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Minely and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of mining data retrieved from third-party APIs
• We are not responsible for mining losses, equipment failures, or pool-related issues
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Profitability calculations are estimates and should not be relied upon for financial decisions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, any unauthorized access to your data, or any third-party conduct on the Service.

9. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Minely operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
