When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your basic profile information.

Mining Pool Credentials

To connect your mining pools, you provide API tokens and mining usernames. These credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest and transmitted exclusively over TLS 1.3.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. This data helps us improve the product.

Mining Data

We retrieve worker status, hashrate, earnings, and other mining metrics from your connected pools via their APIs. This data is used solely to power your dashboard.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Minely platform
• Display your mining analytics and performance data
• Send important service updates and security alerts
• Respond to customer support requests
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by our hosting partner (Vercel / AWS). All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. API keys and sensitive credentials are additionally encrypted using application-level encryption before storage.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Vercel — Hosting and deployment infrastructure
• Vercel Analytics — Privacy-friendly website analytics
• Mining Pool APIs — F2Pool and other pool APIs to retrieve your mining data
• Payment Processor — For processing subscription payments (Pro and Enterprise plans)

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Mining data and analytics are retained according to your plan (7 days for Free, 30 days for Pro, unlimited for Enterprise). Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses and other transfer mechanisms approved by applicable data protection authorities.

9. Children's Privacy

Minely is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a notice on the platform.
